We’re looking for an experienced and self-driven Account Manager to join UNRVLD. Your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and managing internal teams.
As a trusted partner and advisor to clients, the Account Manager is an expert in their clients’ brand and business, understanding their business challenges and how they can be overcome and through effective engagement with our consultants. Accountable for growth, retention and strategic direction of their client portfolio, the Account Manager helps to drive and maintain the relationship between their clients and the agency.
Working in collaboration with the Senior Account Manager and/or Account Director, this role delivers an outstanding service to retain and grow accounts, taking responsibility for the quality of work carried out by all team members of the relevant project teams.
