We’re looking for an experienced and self-driven Account Manager to join UNRVLD. Your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and managing internal teams.

As a trusted partner and advisor to clients, the Account Manager is an expert in their clients’ brand and business, understanding their business challenges and how they can be overcome and through effective engagement with our consultants. Accountable for growth, retention and strategic direction of their client portfolio, the Account Manager helps to drive and maintain the relationship between their clients and the agency.

Working in collaboration with the Senior Account Manager and/or Account Director, this role delivers an outstanding service to retain and grow accounts, taking responsibility for the quality of work carried out by all team members of the relevant project teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing a small portfolio of enterprise clients
  • Identifying growth opportunities within our existing client base
  • Collaborating with our internal production teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget and with excellence
  • Support the account management team, maintaining high quality standards
     
  • Maintain a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

Experience Required:

  • Successful account management experience within an agency environment
  • Experience in web build management
  • Excellent relationship building and outstanding client management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work and speak with clients and colleagues at all levels
     
  • Ability to quickly develop strong understanding of our business and clients
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skill
  • Ability to perform under pressure and multitask
  • Emotional intelligence
