UNRVLD are looking for a Digital Analyst who has experience implementing, tracking and reporting solutions across a range of clients, digital products and industries.

We’re predominantly looking for someone with an understanding of the Google suite, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, who will be able to quickly pick up and further develop our best practices and help us to deliver high-quality work for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with clients and Experience Optimisation & CRO team to define measurement strategies and drive data maturity
  • Liaise with our developers to implement website data layers that support our data collection activities
  • Implement measurement strategies using Google Tag Manager
  • Nurture client relationships and become a trusted extension of their business through ongoing communication
  • Support Experience Optimisation & CRO team with mapping out the steps that lead to conversion events, build out funnels, identify drop offs, examine granular behaviour around the drop-off point and present outcomes and opportunities that lead to new experiments and work that will add value to our clients businesses
  • Stay current on industry insights and innovation to improve internal techniques, processes, documentation and quality assurance
  • Coach and help more junior members of the team
  • Participate in our multi-functional delivery teams, providing support to ensure project objectives are met
  • Work autonomously and as a team, with time management a critical attribute

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong knowledge of tracking and tagging for marketing and measurement
  • Expert at implementing Google Analytics 4, migrations from Universal Google Analytics and contributing to the discovery and design phases
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with and influence a variety of stakeholders at different levels of seniority and technical knowledge
  • Able to collaborate effectively, working with teams to deliver web analytics projects
  • Logical thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Experience mentoring more junior team members
  • The following experience would be advantageous but NOT essential:
  • Experience with website testing technologies such as Optimizely, Google Optimize or Sitecore
  • Knowledge of the wider Google Marketing Platform
