Are you an experienced Paid Media professional and are looking to further your career in a well-established growing digital agency? We are looking for an energetic, confident, and organised PPC Manager to add value to our Performance Marketing team.

The role holder must be able to proactively work on their own initiative, supporting different teams, working alongside colleagues, and delivering and managing Paid campaigns to our existing clients.

The role will also include regular contact with clients via email or phone, and helping to pitch to new clients by supporting the pitch team. In addition ,the candidate should have excellent knowledge of Google Analytics with a numerical mind to help them analyse the campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will report to the Paid Lead and should have a hunger for everything digital. As part of the constantly expanding team the candidate will be a great environment to further their skills and knowledge. The candidate will ideally have a track record of improving a client's CTR and decreasing their CPA. They will also be able to manage a portfolio of dedicated projects, and work as part of a team on larger scale projects. Sharing knowledge between team members is something UNRVLD encourages and we are looking for a candidate that they will help educate, and present this knowledge to the wider teams, as well as learn from the Performance Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage client's budgets
  • Regular contact with clients over email, and phone to report on performance and recommend updates and changes
  • Supporting with new business which will include channel research, budget planning, forecasting and presenting.
  • Creating Paid strategies across Paid Search, Social and Programmatic Display based on a client's requirements
     
  • Running audits and reviews on existing paid campaigns
  • Day to day management of clients Paid Search, Social and Programmatic Display campaigns
  • Day to day management of campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, DV360, Verizon and Amazon
     
  • Monitoring Paid campaigns using Google Analytics in addition to other tools
  • Implementation of Paid Campaigns tracking via Google Tag Manager
  • Creating reports on weekly and monthly basis
  • Using Google Data Studio to create automated reports for clients
  • Produce Paid competitor research for clients to explore new opportunities
  • Keep up to date with industry news and changes

Experience required: 

  • A keen interest in performance marketing keeping up with all the latest changes
  • Experience in Search (Google AdWords and Bing Ads), Display, Remarketing, Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube) Advertising and Programmatic Display (DV360, Verizon and Amazon)
  • Experience with Google Shopping
  • Experience in creating and presenting proposal including channel research, budget planning, forecasting and setting KPIs
     
  • A good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, MS Excel
  • Valid Google AdWords certification is plus, but not required
  • Experience in pitch style environments
     
  • Google verbal and written communication
