Position Overview


Are you an experienced Digital Project Support Officer who ideally has experience working in an agency environment? If so, we have an exciting, newly created position for a PSO to join our Delivery team here at UNRVLD.  

As the Project Support Officer, you will be accountable for the accuracy and clarity of UNRVLD staff bookings, ensuring clear and timely reporting, accurate forecasting and providing a service role to the PMO, new business function and discipline leads.  

You will be the subject matter expert in the UNRVLD Professional Services Automation software (PSA) and will provide guidance, training and ensuring adherence to tooling processes. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Modelling tentative/probable work to provide accurate timescales for delivery 
  • Ensuring project data is accurate and engagement start/end dates are correct 
  • Deliver, update and monitor reports quickly and efficiently to schedule and ad hoc 
  • Flagging where resource conflicts or inefficiencies are likely, and working with the wider team to resolve 
  • Supporting the wider team on creative resource solutions to ensure deadlines are met 
  • Maintaining and updating configuration of the PSA, including the rollout of new features 
  • Working with HR on recruitment demand 
  • Assist with booking resources where a project manager is not allocated 
  • Work alongside the heads of discipline to align resource management activity with other teams 
  • Adhere to, and champion established UNRVLD processes 
  • Suggest and develop improvements to process in response to business need 
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly with management and staff 
  • Be solution-focused and an expert in your field 

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a Project Support Officer position or similar
  • Experience using resource management software (Kantata / Kimble would be advantageous)
  • High organisation skills
  • Diary management/resource management experience essential
  • Experience working in an agency environment – desirable
  • Experience working in a technology department/business
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methods and meetings (such as Scrum)
  • Experience of managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills; analysing and transforming large volumes of complex data
