Position Overview


We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative who has experience selling services within an Agency environment and has an understanding of digital experience platforms, to work as part of the wider sales and marketing team here at UNRVLD.

Reporting to the New Business Director, you will be supporting the new business process and lead generation strategy.  

Day to day you will be managing the agency CRM, monitoring prospect activity and interest in the agency, create engaging outbound communications to attract target clients, and undertake initial qualification and introductions. You will also work closely with our Marketing Manager to support marketing campaigns and lead generation activations, helping to ensure all our marketing efforts align to our new business goals.

This role requires a hybrid working approach, 2 days per week working from our London Soho office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a crucial intersection between sales and marketing teams
  • Owning the outbound lead generation tactics – using industry tools and market insight to identify and attract brands to UNRVLD
  • Having a good understanding of our agency proposition and be confident and proactive in reaching out to target clients to generate interest in our services
  • Support pre-qualification with prospective clients during the sales process
  • Qualify leads against business requirements. Dissect and review opportunities against company criteria, succinctly briefing the team to progress relevant projects
  • Support and feed into the sales strategy, identifying viable target brands and roles
  • Coordinate and play an active sales role in qualification meetings  
  • Maintain a database of prospects, tracking the progress of all leads
  • Work with the team to refine and update a library of company credentials, case studies and other marketing materials
  • Attend industry events for networking opportunities
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the agency’s technical partners
  • Work alongside the marketing department to support with award and accreditation submissions and lead gen activity

Skills and experience needed:

  • Experience working in a Business Development Representative role or similar
  • Experience selling services with a consultative approach
  • Experience working within an agency environment with an understanding of a digital agency landscape
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital experience platforms - Desirable
  • Experience working with a CRM system
  • Confident in autonomous decision making at the targeting and qualification stage
  • An eye for detail, proactively and strategically gathering information on prospects
  • Flawlessly present and communicate in both written and verbal forms, showing vibrant personality across all methods of communication internally and with clients
  • Be proficient in the use of Keynote, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Senior Team and Discipline Leads throughout the business
  • Embody an entrepreneurial, self-motivated and driven approach to your work
