Customers are empathetically guided through the property consideration process on the site, creating an engaging experience that has generated high volumes of quality leads for the business.
The new site is built on Sitecore 9 and integrated with Salesforce CRM, enabling McCarthy Stone to create a personalised experience for each prospect whilst coordinating sales and marketing activities to them across the business. The enhanced platform and property journey features advanced search and SEO features, and a simple product navigation system. Attracting a high volume of organic traffic, we’ve also optimised the landing for mobile and tablet users who make up 70% of the online audience.
