UNRVLD achieves Opal AI partner specialisation

UNRVLD has gained Optimizely’s specialised partner status for Opal, its AI orchestration platform designed to enable marketing teams.

More than 20 members of the UNRVLD team have completed individual certifications in building and orchestrating AI agents on the platform, across disciplines including front and backend engineering, solution architecture, strategy, product ownership, client services and business development.

The certifications builds on our eight-year Platinum partner status with Optimizely, and its recognition of UNRVLD as Optimizely’s Solution Partner of the Year for the UK and Ireland in 2025. We are onboarding clients to Opal as part of transformation projects to support their business-wide adoption of AI, and will be sharing learnings on this at Opticon London in October 2026.

UNRVLD and Optimizely collaborated on our first AI workshop for clients earlier this year, welcoming digital and marketing leaders for a hands-on session with Opal to understand what’s possible. Each left with an agent they had built and deployed that morning and could use on their live sites. Planning is now under way for a second workshop in the Autumn for clients and prospects.
