Dan Berry has been named as one of the UK’s 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders by private equity specialist LDC.
Dan has been recognised for his exceptional display of leadership since becoming CEO at UNRVLD in 2020 which has helped to grow the business at an impressive rate. Under his guidance, the agency has undergone three acquisitions and expanded from a team of 70 employees to over 250.
Dan manages a strong senior management team through the day to day running of the business, whilst retaining constant communication with investors and other agency leaders, looking for future opportunities and acquisition targets to grow the agency.
A record number of nominations were received this year, making Dan’s recognition in the list even more impressive. The business leaders featured in the Top 50 demonstrate resilience, strategic excellence and export success. They operate across a broad range of sectors and are driving growth in every corner of the UK – from Edinburgh to Brighton, and Bath to Norfolk. Collectively, they employ almost 9,500 people and turn over more than £1.2 billion.
