UNRVLD strengthens experience optimisation practice: appoints Natalie Waite & adopts Efestra for experimentation & CRO programmes.

Digital experience and technology agency UNRVLD has made two strategic investments to strengthen its experience optimisation practice and maximise the impact of its clients’ experimentation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and personalisation programmes.

The first is the appointment of Natalie Waite as Head of Experience Optimisation. Natalie brings more than a decade of digital experience optimisatation knowledge and know-how, having previously been the Chief Experience Officer at Remarkable (Sagittarius). She has worked with many major B2C and B2B brands to enhance and optimise their digital experiences, including through experimentation, CRO and personalisation leveraging marketing automation technologies.
