UNRVLD's Tom Dougherty and Natalie Waite collected the 2025 Optimizely Solution Partner of the Year award

UNRVLD was named as the 2025 Optimizely Solution Partner of the Year for the UK and Ireland at a ceremony held in London on the 26th February 2026. The award cements our position as the go-to Platinum implementation partner for Optimizely's AI-enabled digital experience and marketing solutions. It builds on UNRVLD's previous partner award wins and dozens of highly impactful digital transformation programmes delivered during our time as a certified Optimizely partner.

In 2025 we leveraged Optimizely's solutions across a broad portfolio of our clients. UNRVLD relaunched Leeds Bradford Airport's website, optimised digital experiences for international law firm Taylor Wessing and FTSE 100-listed housebuilder Barratt Redrow and supported digital transformation for Irish banking leader PTSB. In the coming year we will be delivering some exciting large-scale projects partnering with Optimizely, including sites utilising a new digital architecture and design system for a multi-brand B2B manufacturer, and a new digital destination for a global professional services provider.

UNRVLD Chief Strategy Officer Steven Cassin said of the win: "We appreciate the continued recognition from the team at Optimizely, particularly given the step-change in digital transformation programmes and outcomes it is possible to achieve leveraging Optimizely's agentic orchestration capability on the world's leading DXP.

One critical success factor for UNRVLD is our partnerships. The pace with which Optimizely is innovating gives us confidence to lean into the relationship and invest in our people becoming experts in the stack. We have new leaders for our experimentation and customer data practices in Natalie Waite and Adam Lee who rely on Optimizely solutions to deliver results for our clients, and have a growing team certified for Optimizely's Opal AI platform. Together, we believe we can deliver innovation, enablement and value to our clients more quickly than ever before, so are excited to share more of our Optimizely work for clients during 2026."

Optimizely Chief Partnerships Officer Jessica Dannemann added: "This award says a lot about the partnership we’ve built with UNRVLD. They genuinely care about doing great work for our shared clients, and it shows. We’re at our best when we work together, combining our strengths to help organisations move forward with confidence. We’re grateful for UNRVLD’s ongoing collaboration and the thoughtful way they continue to support digital leaders in a fast-changing world."
