Objective
While it needed to leverage the same composable commerce tech stack as other brands in its parent company’s portfolio, alcohol-free spirits brand Seedlip wanted a website that matched its unique positioning and playful brand.
Its goal is to bring fun to drinks when you are not drinking alcohol, and it wanted a site that could educate the world on what’s possible. Our experience design team took the brief to inject a sense of the whimsical into the web experience, while delivering best practice UX and user journeys to ensure the site is easy to navigate, and maximises conversion opportunities.

Solution
Seedlip’s previous non-transactional brand website was built on Umbraco. UNRVLD was able to work with the brand and validate that the composable commerce tech stack utilising Contentful and Shopify would be a better fit. It provided flexibility to create a unique front-end design for the commerce-enabled website, with localised instances for the markets the brand wanted to serve.
We worked closely with Seedlip to ensure that the key elements of its branding were translated into site designs, while also considering how to reduce friction in conversion and UX best practice. Our knowledge of the tech stack then made implementation straightforward.
Our design and build allows for additional markets to easily be added. We have also taken a hybrid commerce approach, with Buy buttons adding products to basket in markets where commerce is enabled on the site, or directing to Diageo’s Amazon listings where DTC is not turned on.

Outcome
The new site is designed to inspire consumers who want to embrace grown-up options when they want non-alcoholic drink. As well as highlighting the story behind the brand, the product range is explained, cocktail recipes are highlighted and a virtual assistant is available to help consumers navigate all the content.
The site was nominated in the food and drink category at The Webby Awards 2026.
