As 2025 draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect and celebrate a year of strong momentum, service evolution and work we’re genuinely proud of.

From new partnerships to being recognised for delivering customer success, this year has been shaped by collaboration, thoughtful transformation and outcomes that speak for themselves.

Here’s a breakdown of our 2025 and what's defined our year.

What we’ve delivered

Throughout 2025, we continued working closely with our brilliant clients while also starting new relationships with organisations that share our ambition for exceptional digital experiences.

Over the year, we’ve delivered new Global Websites, Apps, eCommerce stores, Point of Sale solutions, Customer Portals and AI agents.  From large-scale global relaunches to targeted experience improvements, each was created to enable clients to work smarter, move faster and create more personalised digital experiences for their customers.

Some highlights from the year include:

  • Leeds Bradford Airport – A new mobile-first website opening up new digital revenue streams, supporting customers journeys from browsing through to take-off
  • Linklaters – Launched a next-generation digital platform that reimagined the web experience for the global legal giant
  • YPO – Revenue growth driven through optimised ecommerce performance and stronger search visibility
  • Smeg – A unified ecommerce platform to deliver low-friction purchase journeys for B2C and B2B customers from online to offline
  • Seedlip – A redesigned global platform enabling seamless discovery and education and purchase journeys for Seedlip’s global audience
  • Barratt Redrow – A mobile-first customer portal that streamlines customer and advisor experience
  • Panda Recycling – A multi-brand transformation to launch a new brand to market and support enterprise customer growth
  • The Bar – Relaunch of Diageo’s largest global D2C platform, The-Bar, built to support first-party database growth.

What we’ve been recognised for

Although it's never our focus, what we delivered did not go unnoticed:

  •  UNRVLD was awarded with a 2025 Sitecore Partner Experience Award, being awarded with the EMEA Customer Success Award for our teams commitment to going above and beyond when tackling technical and business obstacles to bring high-value Sitecore projects for clients.
  • Our SEO work with YPO was shortlisted for in the ‘Best Use of Search – Retail/Ecommerce SEO’ category at the UK Search Awards, recognising UNRVLD’s success in growing organic traffic and increasing ecommerce revenue for the B2B supplier.
  • Our experimentation work with global law firm Taylor Wessing was shortlisted at the Experimentation Elite Awards for ‘Best use of experimentation in the financial, legal, insurance and professional service sectors’.

Alongside this, our teams achieved 30 new technical certifications across five platforms, reinforcing our commitment to depth of expertise and continuous improvement.

How we’ve evolving – and what comes next

The UNRVLD team continued to evolve in size, skill and ambition in 2025, welcoming 25 new talented specialists and leaders.

As our client partnerships widen, we continue to strengthen our talent and capability in strategy, AI, experience design, commerce, data, and technology.

We welcomed key leadership appointments including:

  • Adam Lee joining us as Head of Customer Data Strategy to drive greater client value through data, loyalty and customer insights
  • Ben Tolfree  joining us as Growth & Strategy Partner to support clients with long-term, scalable growth strategies and strategic adoption of AI
  • Natalie Waite joining us as Head of Experience Optimisation to support clients in maximising the impact of experimentation, CRO and personalisation programmes

Alongside our team evolving, we continue to invest in how we can help clients set themselves up for success and make confident and informed decisions about what comes next.

We have advanced our AI strategy offering, supporting clients in understanding how they can apply intelligent automation to enhance customer experiences.

We also continued investing in customer data expertise to empower brands with clearer insights, sharper decision-making and more relevant communication that meets audiences where they are.
